Maria de Montserrat Viviana Concepción Caballé i Folc (* April in Barcelona) ist eine spanische Opernsängerin (Sopran). Sie gilt als eine der bedeutendsten Opernsängerinnen des Jahrhunderts. Eines ihrer beiden Kinder, Montserrat Martí, ist ebenfalls Sopranistin.

Sie studierte Gesang in Barcelona und Mailand und debütierte in Basel als Mimi in Puccinis La Boheme. Zudem sang sie am Theater in Saarbrücken.
