On August 28, , this Court vacated its Order dated February 1, , by which the Court suspended Magisterial District Judge Mark A. Bruno without pay pending further Order of this Court. See In Re: Bruno, ––– Pa. ––––, 99 A.3d , WL , (Pa) ( per curiam ). This Opinion follows.

Bruno Tonioli is a prominent dancer who is mainly focused on Ballroom and Latin dancing along with being a choreographer and a TV personality. He has appeared as a judge on British Dance Competition telecasted on BBC along with its American adaptation. He has also co-created a talent show and also appeared on its American adaptation. The campaign is heating up in the Magisterial District Judge race.
Marc Lieberman and Mark Bruno are both running on the Democratic and Republican ballots, while Daniel Hollander is only listed as a Democratic candidate for District Court in the May 18 Primary. Judicial candidates are able to cross-file.
The winning candidate chosen in November will run the municipal court for the western portion of West Chester and East Bradford and West Bradford townships.
Hollander campaign literature reads that Lieberman was elected as a Republican judge of elections and is a longtime donor to Republican candidates.
Both Lieberman and Hollander agree that Lieberman switched his status from Republican to the Democratic Party about three years ago.
Hollander said on Monday that party affiliation matters because voters are electing someone who represents and shares their democratic values.
